Do I need to be present to sign for my wine delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if you will not be home during the day.
Which states do you ship to?
We currently ship to most US states, excluding those with strict direct-to-consumer shipping prohibitions. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility for your location.
How are the wines packaged to prevent breakage?
We use custom-engineered, eco-friendly molded pulp or high-density foam shippers designed specifically to protect glass bottles against impact and temperature fluctuations during transit.
What is your return policy if I receive a corked bottle?
We stand by the quality of our selection. If you receive a bottle that is corked or flawed, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or store credit.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number from UPS or FedEx so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Do you offer climate-controlled shipping during summer months?
Yes, we offer 'Weather Hold' services and expedited shipping options with ice packs to ensure your wine does not experience heat damage during extreme weather conditions.
